A native of California, Jenna Haze was raised in the Orange County area, and is proud to be referred to as a "Cali girl." "I still can't believe it," said Haze, in a statement from the Los Angeles based Jill Kelly offices this morning. "It all seemed to go by so fast. I got up there and didn't even know what to say. It was so overwhelming. I don't think I stopped crying for an hour. It's so weird, I had to eventually turn my phone off yesterday and when I woke up this morning, there were flowers all over my office. I'm just still in a state of shock and so unbelievably happy. I start jumping up and down everytime I see it sitting on my desk."

Most important to Haze, however, was the reaction from her fellow sisters in the JKP family. "It was just like mascara running all over our faces," she laughs. "When they called my name, the applause and the scream from our table was deafening in my ears. I just started bawling and then everyone else started crying too. Deven Davis wouldn't let go of me for a good ten minutes. ... I felt like I got crowned Miss America. We've always been a really close family, but having an award for one of us makes us closer and stronger than ever before. I finally have a group of friends in my life where I know that if shit goes down, they are there for me. I never had that before. Ever."

Jenna Haze graces AVN's Box Cover of the Month, for Jill Kelly Productions' "Experiment in Sex," and her interactive DVD, "My Sex Kitten, Jenna Haze," is already #15 after only a month on the top-selling DVD charts. Haze is anxious for her next wall-to-wall, "Jenna Loves Girls," to be released from JKP next month.
